ProMaster Upgrades the Jasper Line of Satchels and Backpack

ProMaster is relaunching its line of Jasper bags. Expanding on the success of the original line, Jasper 2.0 brings a range of design and feature improvements as well as a new rolltop backpack. The Jasper Satchel is now available in three sizes, 4.0L, 6.8L, and 10L, and a new Medium Rolltop Backpack featuring a 7.5L main compartment and expandable 9L rolltop storage. Both the black and green fabric versions of these bags have been treated for weather resistance and has a heavy-duty waterproof bottom.

Thoughtfully designed accents, like metal slide buckles on the front and low profile handles, round out the look. The sleek design and variety of sizes means there’s a style of bag in Jasper 2.0 to fit your needs, whether you’re going to the city, the mountains, or somewhere in between.

Jasper 2.0 Satchels

The three sizes of the Jasper 2.0 Satchel fit a wide range of gear. The small 4.0L is perfect for the essentials, like a small mirrorless camera, an extra lens, filters, and batteries. The medium 6.8L can fit a little more gear, adding in a bigger lens, small LED light, and a 14” Macbook Pro in the laptop pocket. The large 10L is the right pack for holding more gear on longer shoots and fits a 16” Macbook Pro in the laptop pocket.

All three sizes of the satchel feature a fast-action top zipper, stretchy side pockets, and smart storage compartments. Smooth metal slide buckles on the front straps are a quiet solution for accessing gear or use the top zipper for quicker access. Concealed in the satchels are clever pockets in a variety of sizes to stow away filters, batteries, camera accessories, and the included rain cover. The main compartment has been reimagined, with a full removable insert and two new accessory pouches that are great for filters and other flat items. Two tripod straps connect to anchor points on the bottom of the bag and use quick release buckles to attach and detach a tripod.

Jasper 2.0 Rolltop Backpack

The Jasper 2.0 Backpack is the first from ProMaster to feature the popular rolltop design. There’s 7.5L of storage space in the main camera compartment with a removable insert and an additional 9L of expansion available with the rolltop. The rolltop style lends itself perfectly to the Jasper’s metal buckle design. Unroll and pack what you need to carry, then roll it down and latch it with the two metal slide hooks. The rolltop design adapts to fit your journey.

The Jasper 2.0 Backpack has an adjustable and removable padded waist strap is designed to redistribute the bulk of the weight from shoulders to hips, ensuring hours (and miles) of comfortable carry. Looking at the bottom of the backpack, there are tripod straps and anchors attached to the base for the most balanced and comfortable way to carry the tripod.
